Mr. Wang's practice focuses on a broad range of U.S. and international tax matters, with an emphasis on corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, spin-offs, and financial instruments.

He is recognized as a leading tax lawyer by Chambers USA, The Legal 500, and New York Super Lawyers, and has also been named a "Rising Star" in Tax by Law360.

Mr. Wang is very active in the firm's pro bono practice and is a frequent speaker on LGBTQ issues.
