He regularly represents companies on industry-transforming transactions before the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division, the Federal Trade Commission, the Federal Reserve Board, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. His expertise spans diverse industries, including banking, electric and gas utilities, consumer products, and technology.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Price served as Deputy Director of the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Competition, where he oversaw a record number of merger transactions.
