Big Law LLP is committed to fostering a fair and equitable work environment. Our innovative "paper bag" system is praised across the legal industry as the death knell for workplace discrimination. 

Under this system, our associates wear paper bags over their heads and go by randomly assigned ID numbers. This eliminates any possibility of human bias and creates a level playing field for all associates. Our associates are judged solely on their merits and not their skin color, race, ethnicity, physical attractiveness, or any personally identifiable characteristics. 

As a side benefit, this system frees our partners from having to learn our associates' names, thereby allowing them to focus all their attention on providing our clients with the highest level of service.
